OUR POLICY

We appreciate the fact that you like our various forms of dance, music classes and other unique activities offered by UD&MA, but please read carefully the Universal Dance & Music Arts refund policy below.

BY JOINING ANY UD&MA ACTIVITIES, YOU AGREE T O THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

​

• Student Paid Fee(s) for the class are non-refundable once it has been booked whether for single class or package class unless leading instructor cancels the class. If cancellation for the class is being made one (1) day before the class start, the class can be re-booked and the payment will be transferred.​

​

• Paid Rental Fee(s) of the studios room(s) are non-refundable once it has been booked regardless the number of hours. However, you can transfer it to any user you know who may wish to use the studio you have rented, or it can be re-booked for another day and the payment will be transferred.​

• Please note that refund will be done using the original Mode of Payment.

• Universal Dance & Music Arts reserves the right to use its former or current photos of student(s)/ instructor(s)/ teacher(s) or any leader of small group, video or the like for advertisement. UD&MA reserves the rights to change, cancel or substitute dates, classes and schedules, and to add and remove members at anytime.

• You are participating in dance, music, fitness and arts at UD&MA. You recognize that all type of activities require physical exertion and may cause physical injuries. You are fully aware of the risk and hazard involved.

​​

• You understand that it is your responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding your participation at UD&MA activities. You should confirm that you are physically fit and have no medical condition which could prevent your full participation.

​​

• You agree that you take full responsibility for any risk, injuries or any damages, which may take place due to participating in UD&MA activities.

​​

• You knowingly and voluntarily wave any claim you may have against UD&MA or any members for injuries and damages that may take place because of your participation in any activities.
