High Power Yoga Mix Group Class

High Power yoga class is a kind of flow yoga class with holding poses for longer duration to increase the strength of the body the class will start with energized breathing exercise followed by warm up then a sequence of poses preparing the body to go for advanced poses at the end of the class

Yin/ Gentle Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced quiet practice that usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses. Long held poses target our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body.
By working deeply into our body Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi, the subtle energy said in Chinese medicine to run through the meridian pathways of the body. Improved flow of chi is hypothesized to improve organ health, immunity, and emotional well-being.
